Ice Safety
Ice Safety
While we have had several weeks of cold weather, ice thickness and quality is variable across any body of water. In addition, the high winds, warm weather in January, and rain may further complicate the ice situation on some lakes.
Be Safe! The links below discuss practical ice safety tips.

Notice to Snowmobilers:
Normally we see a number of snowmobilers visit Derby HQ and enjoy the fun at the Derby. This year, to meet State and local COVID requirements to eliminate crowds, there will not be a physical fish board, there will not be a physical raffle winner board, and the final grand prize drawing will be a live stream event. Everything is on line and the focus is on fishing (and winning). Please be safe, and we look forward to seeing you next year when all the normal Derby fun returns!
